Return window
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
Non-returnable
- Items marked non-returnable on the product page
- Products with wear, stains, or damage after delivery
- Opened or altered blouse pieces (if applicable)
How to request a return
- Email support@indusarees.in with order number and reason.
- Wait for approval and return instructions.
- Ship the item back as directed.
- Refund within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method where possible. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
